  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Processing Time

  • Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of being placed.
  • During high-demand periods or special releases, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Methods

  • We use trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
  • Shipping options and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
  • Once your package leaves our facility, estimated delivery times are determined by the carrier.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the United States, including Puerto Rico.
  • For orders outside the U.S., please contact us for shipping availability and rates.

5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Delays

  • Kyng Jefe is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • If your order is delayed, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in locating it.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Kyng Jefe is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • For high-value orders, we may require signature confirmation to protect your purchase.
